PC Solutions Repair/Service Rates -- Mon. - Fri. Fee: $50.00 Hr.

Monday - Friday $50.00, Saturdays & Holidays $90.00, Closed on Sundays.

When you need hardware repair for your PC, you can count on PC Solutions. Our skilled technicians are certified to provide in-warranty and post-warranty support for HP, Dell, Gateway or any other IBM clone computer. We also offer a full range of software restoral and installation services, upgrades, and data backup services for most computers even out-of-warranty.

Clients can pay by check or cash upon completion of services performed.

Out-of-Warranty Service

We offer a range of out-of-warranty services, including hard drive replacements, memory upgrades, software troubleshooting, data backup, and more.

Diagnosis/No Trouble Found Fee: $30.00

PC Solutions staff will evaluate the problem, determine what is necessary to repair your computer, and provide an estimate of the repair costs and time required. If we do the work then the fee is canceled.

The fee is only included if we have to drive to you and it takes awhile to diagnose and no further action is taken on PC Solutions part.

The standard turnaround for diagnostics is 2-3 business days

Data Recovery

If your hard drive emits unusual noises (clicking, grinding, or metal scraping), turn it off immediately. This symptom typically indicates a head crash that can destroy your data. Contact us immediately, as this situation demands professional recovery in a clean room environment.

$70.00 for the first 40 GB of data recovered

Data Backup and Restoral

Choose to back up to CD (add $1 per CD), or your alternative hard drive. Customer must be prepared to clearly indicate specific files and folders for backup and restoral.

On-site Service Fee: $50.00 Hr.

Monday - Friday $50.00, Saturdays & Holidays $90.00, Closed on Sundays.

As an alternative to bringing the unit into our location, we provide on-site service for Home and office departments. Services are performed at the customers' premises during normal business hours. Diagnosis and standard hourly fees apply.

PC Solutions Hourly Labor Rates: $50.00 Hr.

Allow approximately 1-2 hours response time during regular business hours, based on Technician availability.
